Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Training Program

Program Overview:

  • Six Sigma Green Belt is a combination of Lectures, Class exercise, Case studies, Team Exercise and Practical approach of Problem Solving
  • It provides a deep understanding of each step involved in Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve & Control (DMAIC) methodology & also helps in understanding the various analysis tools and techniques
  • This program starts right from basics of six sigma. So, anybody can join this program
  • All participants will be assigned a Demo Project, which they will have to solve, document and submit in the classroom. On successful submission of project, they will have to appear for Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Examination. On clearing of the exam, they will receive Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate.
  • The Examination will be of 100 marks, which comprises of 100 Objective Questions with one mark each. A participant has to score minimum 50 Marks to clear the exam and Be a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Professional.
